During our kids Karate classes at global martial arts Vista, we focus on building confidence. Confidence have to be combine with technical and mental skills. Sparring can be scary and unpleasant. the keys is to gradually teach sparring with less intensity as the beginning and as the students are getting better, increase the level of difficulty. the rules number one in our kid karate classes is safety. Our kid karate program in Vista avoid any contact to the head. Protectives gear are mandatory for all the kids in our karate classes for kids and teenagers.
