KARATE KIDS CLASS HOW TO TRAIN BEFORE A BIG TOURNAMENT

Global martial arts Vista is located in San Diego near Carlsbad, Oceanside and San Marcos. Karate national tournament is always in mid July in USA. The competitor from our kids karate class will go to the national this year. Before the most important tournament of the year, karate kid students need to be strong precise and sharp. Generally we used a kids karate summer camp so the kids karate students can double their training and get ready for the national. The kid karate camp start at 9am with a light jogging. Then we enter the specific training in sparring and form. Then its lunch break, then the kids karate students play game in the afternoon. After that, kids karate students start to train for the second kid karate class. Now they train twice a day one week before the national. Training twice a day is great to improve quickly their karate skills.
