KATA DURING KID KARATE CLASS

Many times, people have problems to understand kata. Doing Kata, for a kid during the karate class can be very boring. Kata means form and you have to memorized a combination of movement with blocks punch kicks and different type of stances…….In our karate kid studio, the karate instructor make sur that karate students practice form and fighting drills. The advantage of kata is to be able to practice alone. The kids karate students can practice karate techniques with correct form, without having a partner who hit you back. The kids can practice karate without fear.
