Krav Maga CLASS FOR KIDS AND TEENS

Global martial arts Vista is a martial arts center located in Vista close to oceanside and Carlsbad and San Marcos. We offer Krav Maga classes for kids and Krav Maga lesson for teens. The classes focus on selfdefense scenario and improving grappling and striking. This week, our Kids Krav Maga lesson will focus on defending punch on the ground with a couple of options. One option focus on blocking and escaping, the other one, block control and sweep. All our kids will focus during the class on these techniques for 1 week.
