Krav Maga CLASS THIS WEEK, DEFENSE VS STICK

Global martial arts Vista is located North of San Diego in Vista, close to the city of Carlsbad, Oceanside, San Marcos. We are a martial arts center offering Krav Maga, karate and Bjj classes for kids and adults. This week, during the adults krav Maga class we will see how to defend a vertical stick attack. First, run away if its possible. Second, try to use your environment to defend yourself (crab something or hide behind a car…). Third, apply the Krav Maga technique. Against a stick, if no other choice that being empty handed, the selfdefense and tactics solution will be to move in. Of course, the Krav Maga students will need to move forward with protecting his head with his arm. When the Krav Maga students is closed enough, control the weapons and deliver counter come to play.
