Krav Maga PRACTICE SELF-DEFENSE IN EVERY POSITION

In our selfdefense studio located in north county San Diego, students come from Carlsbad, Oceanside, Escondido, Vista, San Marcos and La Costa. We teach different martial arts but our Krav Maga adults classes is the most popular. The adults Krav Maga practitioner are training self defense scenario in various position. First, we start the Krav Maga class with a stand up Krav Maga technique, then look at the same attack but from a different angle, sometime a different position. For example, if we are dealing during the Krav Maga adults class with a front choke, we will see from it side and rear, but also on the floor and in a sitting position.
