KRAV MAGA TACTICS WHEN FALLING ON THE GrOUND
Global martial arts Vista is offering Krav Maga classes for men and woman 6 days a week. Krav Maga is a selfdefense and tactics system. The goal is to defend yourself and not getting hurt. So when falling on the ground, Krav Maga students must train techniques to deal with the attack and get back to their feet as soon as possible. The goal here is to escape or being able to stand up to avoid to deal with multiple attackers while on the ground. First, Krav Maga students must protect themself when falling. After that, main goal is used a quick and fast technique to get back to their feet. In this video taking during a Krav Maga adults class, the Krav Maga students is hold on the ground versus a choke in guard. First, the selfdefense students must defend the choke and create space. Then the Krav Maga practitioner turn to the side to put his legs in front of the other Krav Maga students to start creating more space to be able to bush away the Krav Maga students on top. The last part will be to stand back up.
