Krav Maga technique of the month

Global martial arts vista would like to introduce the Krav Maga technique of the month. its a defense versus a side headlock. this technique is practiced during our kids Krav Maga program and also adults Krav Maga program. this self defense can be used by women during the Krav Maga classes or men during our Krav Maga classes.
