NEW KRAV MAGA TECHNIQUE OF THE WEEK

At global martial arts Vista, we focus on teaching a new technique every week for the Krav Maga adults and teens class. During one week, all the Krav Maga students coming from Carlsbad, Vista, San Marcos, Oceanside and Escondido can practice the new technique with different variations. This week, for the adults Krav Maga class, we will see the defense versus a side stick attack. The most important aspect is to understand how to deal against a stick attack. the Krav Maga students in our classes must move forward against a stick attack.
