NEW Krav Maga TECHNIQUE THIS WEEK FOR THE KIDS CLASS

At global martial arts Vista, every week, the Kids Krav Maga class focus on learning a new Krav Maga technique. This week, the selfdefense class for kids and teen will focus on defending a guillotine choke. Its important to defend it early. A guillotine choke its a headlock from the front. Any headlock are easy to defend if you recognize it quick. Kids from the Krav Maga lesson must defend it by plugging downward on opponent wrist. Then, their is a fews options. The Kids Krav Maga students can change the position where the guillotine won’t be effective or find a way to break the headlock. The most important part of the selfdefense technique is to plug down as soon as the choke is being apply. In our Kids Krav Maga class and curriculum, we focus a lot on defending headlock and bear huge and we focus also on having good blocks against strikes.
