NEW Krav Maga WEAPONS CLASS EVERY SATURDAY

Global martial arts Vista is located in San Diego close to Carlsbad, Oceanside and San Marcos. Every month, in our adults Krav Maga class, our Krav Maga students on Saturday morning have the opportunity to train defenses versus a specific weapons for a full month. This month we will focus on stick, last month was dealing with gun threat, and the month before that was against different type of knife attacks. Our Krav Maga students will see defenses against vertical and horizontal stick attacks from various angles. We will see also how to used tools or objects from our environment to block a stick attack. Our Krav Maga program offer Krav Maga classes for kids and adults, as well as Krav Maga classes for beginner and advanced students. If adults Krav Maga students wants to become better at striking or grappling, Karate judo and brazilian Jui jitsu classes are also provides for all Krav Maga students.
