NEW LESSON FOR KIDS Krav Maga CLASS

Global martial arts Vista is located near Carlsbad, Oceanside and San Marcos. We are a martial center offering kids Krav Maga classes but also karate judo and Bjj. Their is separate classes for kids and adults, but also beginner and more advanced. Our kids Krav Maga lesson teach a new kids Krav Maga technique every week. This week, we are focusing for the kids Krav Maga classes on defending against a side headlock. The first option, is avoid by blocking or rolling. The second is to go to the ground forward or backward. All the students from the kids Krav Maga classes will be able to do these kids Krav Maga techniques by the end of the week.
