SAFETY TIPS IN KIDS KARATE CLASSES
Global martial arts Vista is located close to Carlsbad, Oceanside and San Marcos. In our children karate program, kids karate students are doing a fews minutes of sparring every single class. The number one rule for safety in kids karate Class is no contact to the head. Young karate practitioner have to learn how to control their techniques. The young karate kids have to be able to stop their strikes 1 inch away from the target. The rule number 2 is in case control have been miss, your children during karate class should always wear headgear, gloves and shinguard. In our academy, all kids karate students must wear a headgear with plastic when doing sparring. The rule number 3 will be to control their emotions and also having good discipline. Young karate students losing their temper can hurt other students or getting hurt by someone else. If the kids karate students doesn’t listen carefully to the drills or the rules, he can end up doing the wrong movement and get hurt.
