WHAT IS THE KRAV MAGA

Krav maga is a selfdefense system created by Imi Lichtenfeld a Hungarian born Israeli. Imi study martial arts and selfdefense with his dad who was a chief inspector on the Bratislava police force. On top of learning martial arts with his dad, Imi was training in boxing wrestling and gymnastic. At Global martial arts Vista, our teacher received his instructor certification by Gabi Noah, straight students of Imi the founder of Krav Maga. In our Krav Maga classes, we follow the concepts of Krav Maga by using only the most efficient technique. If we realize that a new and better technique is available, we will use it. Also, its important to stay open mind to all the other martial arts around. We can always learn, from anybody, as long as its efficient. Our Krav Maga classes are located in Vista, near Carlsbad, Oceanside, San Marcos. We teach Krav Maga classes for Kids, Krav Maga classes for adults, and selfdefense classes for teens.
