Krav Maga KIDS CLASS NEW TECHNIQUE THIS WEEK

This week, the kids Krav Maga classes will focus on defending a punch to the head. The first step will be to keep hands up when opponent is coming to closed. The kids Krav Maga students can block, strike or push the opponent. If the kids selfdefense students decide to block, the Krav Maga practitioner will have to move forward with knees. Then, after the block and counter students learning Krav Maga will learn to scan all around for an other attacker. Selfdefense is alertness before during and after the conflicts.
