NEWS FROM OUR KIDS KARATE PROGRAM

Global martial arts Vista is located north of San Diego close to Carlsbad Oceanside and San Marcos. This year, all karate kids from our karate kids classes can now train brazilian Jui jitsu and judo on Sunday morning with Thiago Gaia Bjj black belt and multiple time silver medalist in Bjj world championship. We believed in cross training in Martial arts specially for our kids karate program. Our kids karate students already have access to the Krav Maga self-defense class but we are adding Bjj and judo starting in august 2023. Our days, martial arts have been so specific on their sports rules and we forget about the meaning of martial arts, witch is selfdefense. If you want your children to be safe, kids from karate kids program must learn also grappling. Kids who practice grappling must learn also basics strike and blocks. It can be difficult to train many days in a week but your kids safety is important and at our academy we want all kids to learn selfdefense with grappling and striking skills specially the kids karate program.
