How to perform a double leg take during kids Krav Maga class
At global martial arts Vista we teach kids Krav Maga classes 5 days a week. We also provide karate judo and Bjj classes. Instructor are also cross fit and Pilate trainer. This week, the main focus for the kids Krav Maga class will be to perform a double leg take down and also how to get back up against it. First, kids Krav Maga students must find the correct distance to perform the tackle. Then hands have to be behind the knees and shoulder against the belly of the kids Krav Maga practitioner. Push forward with total commitment. If your Krav Maga children fall from a double leg take down, the young martial artist must learn how to fall backward. The children practicing Krav Maga know how to fall and how kick the knee in order to get back to their feet.
