WHY KATA IS IMPORTANT PART FOR KID KARATE CLASS

Kata have to be perform alone when testing or competition so if your children is shy, kata can be a good way to fight shyness. For the kids in karate class, kata can be used also to ask the kids karate student to find the application behind the movement inside the kata. karate kids students now need to be logical and find the most efficient application. In our kids karate lesson, kata basics and kumite are always part of our kids and teen karate class.
